Druck Pressure Generation Stations Forming part of the DPI 620 series, Druck's pressure generation stations are an essential part of the advanced modular calibration and HART communication system. If pressure generation is required the calibrator and pressure module can be attached to one of Druck's pressure generation stations, to form a fully-integrated pressure calibrator, of unparalleled performance. Features & Benefits • Easy generation of pneumatic pressure• Works as a standalone product or also in a combination with Druck's DPI 620/IS calibrator• Fast pressure generation• Suitable for pressures from 95% vacuum• Quick-fit pressure connection system that requires no tools or sealing tape Did you know? The "IS" in the name or MPN of a pressure generation station stands for "intrinsically safe", if an item is intrinsically safe it means that it is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy under normal or abnormal conditions. This results in the item not being able to cause ignition of a specific hazardous atmospheric mixture in its most easily ignited concentration. If the pressure generation station you are purchasing is intrinsically safe, please note that it will only be compatible with other Druck intrinsically safe products. Druck's intrinsically safe pressure generation stations are ATEX and IEC approved.

Druck combines a tough, durable design for single-handed use with new and improved features to ensure even greater accuracy and reliable pressure or temperature monitoring during commissioning, fault finding, and system testing, including leak testing. An extensive pressure range from 25mbar to 1400bar in Absolute, Gauge or Differential configurations with enhanced accuracy, provides 12-month uncertainty up to 0.05% full scale (FS) over a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C.The DPI 705E series also have integrated pressure sensors, designed to interface directly with external remote pressure or optional remote plug and-play Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) sensors providing even more flexibility whilst out in the field. Each pressure sensor holds integral calibration data, meaning a single DPI 705E can be used with multiple remote sensors, allowing various ranges to be measured in seconds. The sensors hold a record of the calibration date, which is relayed to the operator through the ’calibration due’ countdown shown on the pressure indicator’s display. The power-efficient design means that the indicators can be used for eight hours per day, six days per week for one year using a single set of batteries.
