Ohmite 280 Corrib® Series Fixed Resistors The 280 series of heavy-duty power resistors from Ohmite are constructed with corrugated resistive wire. The wire is fused to the ceramic core by a protective vitreous coating, ensuring improved durability. The corrugated wire and ribbed construction enables rapid cooling. With a hollow core unit, these power resistors can be fastened to chassis surfaces with brackets and through bolts.
