Scotch® Super 88 Vinyl Electrical Tape From 3M, this Scotch® Super 88 Vinyl Electrical Tape is a premium grade, all-weather PVC insulating tape. This insulating vinyl tape combines elastic backing and an aggressive adhesive to provide moisture-tight electrical and mechanical protection with minimum bulk. It’s designed to perform continuously in ambient temperatures up to 105 °C. The tape is conformable for cold weather applications down to -18 °C.
