Si8239x Digitally Isolated Drivers, Silicon Labs Combining two isolated drivers with either an independent input control or a single input for high power applications. All operate with a 2.5 V input VDD and a maximum drive supply voltage of 24 V. Perfect for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs supporting up to 5 kVrms withstand voltage.

They have high CMTI (100 kV/μs), low propagation delays, low skew and reduced variation with temperature, age and part to part. An output UVLO fault detection and feedback offers automatic shutdown of both drivers.
