ROHM Chip LED SML-51 Series LEDs The SML-51 series, from ROHM Semiconductor, are 0603 package chip LEDs. The SML-51 surface-mount LEDs are flat-top mini-moulded chip LEDs. Offering original device technology, they provide the SML-51 devices with high brightness and high reliability. The SML-51 Chip LEDs also have a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 100°C.
