Kingbright SMT Chip LED 5630 Package This family of LEDs, from Kingbright, are in a surface mount (SMD) package with a 5630 footprint. Available in a variety of single colour options, the 5630 LEDs have a water clear lens and a viewing angle of 120°. Suitable applications for the 5630 LEDs include; LCD TV and monitor backlighting, architectural lighting and decorative lighting.
