PIC12F519 8-Bit Flash Microcontrollers
Microchip’s PIC12 Microcontrollers (MCUs) were the world’s first 8-Pin microcontrollers. Originally launched as One Time Programmable (OTP) parts, this range of devices continues to expand as extra features and further improvements are added.
The PIC12F519 family of microcontrollers is based upon Microchip’s baseline core that features a 2 level hardware stack and 33 instructions. These MCUs provide up to 2 MIPS, 1.5 Kbytes program memory with data memory consisting of 41 bytes SRAM and 64 bytes flash. On board is a configurable RC oscillator with ±1% accuracy. Features 33 Instructions
2 Level Hardware Stack
8 MHz Internal Oscillator – Selectable Outputs 8 MHz and 4 MHz
6 I/O Pins
8-bit Timer
