The microcontroller operates at a maximum speed of 20MHz and features 64kb ISP flash program memory, 4kb of internal SRAM and 2kb of EEPROM. It has a real-time counter, PWM, 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter and a watchdog timer (WDT).
