The Sensaguard range is perfectly suited to meet a wide range of industrial applications. This switch has advanced latest generation Radio Frequency Identification technology for coding and inductive technology for sensing. It features a wide sensing range and tolerance to guard door misalignment. Designed to be installed on machine guard doors, it offers a higher level of protection to reduce risk of injury and downtime. The 440N-Z21SS2BN Sensaguard Safety Interlock Switch comes with a plastic rectangular sensor, rectangular standard type actuator, and a 10m cable. The operating voltage is 24 V dc, and this unit has an assured sensing distance of 18mm. It features LED indication on the switch for door status and fast diagnostics. It also has margin indication. The enclosure can withstand high-pressure wash downs and is also dust-tight, giving it an excellent IP69K environmental protection rating. Non-contact safety interlock switches are a dependable, cost-efficient solution for protecting machine operators as they ensure that power supply to the machine is isolated when the door is open.
