The ON Semiconductor MC33178/9 range of Op Amps use Bipolar technology for quality audio and data signal processing applications.
They use high frequency PNP input transistors to produce amplifiers with low input offset voltage, noise and distortion.
They also provide high output current drive capability while consuming only 420 μA of drain current per amplifier. Available in both dual and quad versions in DIP and SOIC packages. 600 W Output Drive Capability
