The Toshiba TLP2748 series, SO6L package photocoupler is a new age device that consists of a high output GaA-As light-emitting diode coupled with a high gain, high-speed photodetector. This product can operate in power supply voltage 4.5V to 30V. It has an internal Faraday shield that provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity of ±30 kV/μs.
