The Toshiba TLP241A and TLP241AF series photocoupler is a new age device that consists of a photo MOSFET optically coupled to an infrared light-emitting diode. It is housed in a 4 pin DIP package. Photocoupler provides an isolation voltage of 5000Vrms, making them suitable for applications that require reinforced insulation.
