Tektronix Oscilloscope Probes
The Tektronix differential high voltage oscilloscope has the largest differential dynamic range capability. It allows the user to safely measure up to ±6000V. The probe supports bandwidths up to 100MHz and slew rates up to 2500V/ns at 1/1000 gain. This probe is supplied with two sizes of hook tips and has an over-range visual and audible indicator that warns the user when they are exceeding the linear range of the probe.
Note:
TMDP and THDP Series probes have the TekVPI® interface which enables smart communication between oscilloscope and probe - each TekVPI probe features controls and indicators located on the probe compensation box, designed to provide quick and easy access to the probe's most required set-up controls and operating status. P52xxA Series probes have the Tektronix TekProbe® interface which communicates scale information to the oscilloscope.
The THDP0100 can measure floating voltages up to 6000V safely. An over-range visual and audible indicator warns the user when the linear range of the probe is exceeded.
