The Infineon Power Evaluation board includes a M1 connector, an EasyPIM 1B 1200 V, 25 A with TRENCHSTOP IGBT7 and three half bridge Silicon On Insulator gate drivers 2ED1324S12P for motor drive applications. In combination with either EVAL M1 101T or other control boards with compatible M1 connectors, it features and demonstrates our IGBT module and SOI gate driver technology.
