Vishay US1A-US1M SMD Ultrafast Efficient Rectifiers From Vishay, the US1A and US1M series are ultrafast surface mount rectifier diodes. Featuring a small, low profile package, these rectifiers can be used by automatic pick and place machines. Features and Benefits • US1A and US1M rectifiers feature matte tin plated leads (solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD 22 B-102 depending on model).

• These rectifiers are constructed with a glass passivated pallet chip junction that can enhance reverse voltage resistance and decrease the risk of leakage.
• These rectifier diodes are efficient with ultra fast reverse recovery time and low switching losses.
