The ILA-TIM-STAR series, from Intelligent LED Solutions, are a range of thermal heat pads designed specifically for LED Star arrays. The ILA-TIM-STAR thermal gap pads are from ILS' Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) family. They are available in non-adhesive or single/double sided adhesive options.
