Omron PLC Extension Module The Omron PLC extension module has a 6-channel analogue input interface for Pt100 and Pt1000 RTD’s. It can be installed in any CJ1-series PLC system where digital I/O, analogue I/O and communication modules clip together to the right of the CPU. The number of I/O points is DIP switch selectable as follows: configured for 1 to 3 inputs takes 48 digital I/O points, configured for 4 inputs takes 64 digital I/O points and configured for 5 to 6 inputs takes 96 digital I/O points. It is important to verify that the maximum I/O capacity of the CJ1 CPU is sufficient for the number of required I/O points. This module is used with CJ1 series.
