The Omron MOSFET relays in DIP 4-pin packages that achieve the low ON resistance and high switching capacity of a mechanical relay. The standard models offer 2,500 Vrms between input and output. Superior 5,000 VAC products are also available. 3,750 VAC products have also been added to the SOP package series. As MOSFET Relays do not have mechanical contacts, by using a MOSFET instead of an electromechanical relay, it is possible to eliminate switching noise in your applications.
