Electrotherm is a world-renowned manufacturing brand established in the region around Geraberg, a traditional centre of the German glass and thermometer industry. It is recognized for manufacturing liquid glass thermometers, laboratory equipment, and technical and precision thermometers. The company was founded in 1992 and is now being resumed by the second generation. With just a few local employees from the former Geraberg thermometer factory, Electrotherm has grown into a renowned expert in electrical temperature measuring technology with 35 staff members who serve customers in more than 30 countries with resistance thermometers and thermocouples. At its facility in Geraberg, the firm develops, builds, and manufactures temperature-measuring equipment for various uses, including chemical and power plant systems, the construction of machines and vehicles, calibration laboratories, calibration offices, and many more.
