Keithley 2100 6-digit USB Digital Multimeter The 2100 6-digit USB digital multimeter offers the combination of high performance and accuracy (38 ppm) appropriate for making critical measurements. It has 0.0038% 1-year basic DC voltage accuracy on the 10V range and 0.013% 1-year basic resistance accuracy on the 10kΩ range.
