3M 980 Series Ionized Air Gun Accessories The 980 series ionized air guns have been designed to be suitable for blowing particulate contaminants off most surfaces, even from static sensitive products. It neutralizes static charge that attracts particulates to a surface by releasing a constant stream of compressed ionized air or gas.
