Sensirion Flowmeter The Sensirion SFM3000 series low-pressure drop flowmeter measures a gas flow rate of -200slm to 200slm (bidirectional). This is a low-pressure drop, the digital tool provides accurate measurements of air and other non-aggressive gases. It is designed for high-volume applications. The sensor is based on Sensirion patented CMOSens sensor technology that combines the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration on a single microchip. All measurement results are internally linearized and temperature compensated. The very low-pressure drop through the flow body of the sensor makes it ideal for use in demanding situations such as laboratory use, medical ventilation and respiratory applications.
