

The ROHM BR25H640 series is a 64 Kbit serial EEPROM works at supply voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V, ambient operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, SPI bus interface, and available in SOP8, SOP-J8, TSSOP-B8, MSOP8, and VSON008X2030 packages. This EEPROM are used in airbag, ABS and ECU applications.
