Manufactured from rugged polyamide 6, the unit achieves an IP55 rating (IP44 with plug inserted) due to an ingenious snap-shut sealing mechanism. Interlocks can be panel or surface mounted using the back box. An additional benefit of the internal glanding is that it provides optimum protection against the ingress of water.,Other products in the range boast features including stainless steel external screws, captive terminal screws and nickel plated brass pins and socket tubes.
