BPV11 Series Phototransistors The BPV11 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are a family of silicon NPN phototransistors. They come in standard 5mm (T-1 3/4) packages with either a clear or black plastic package. The black packages offer a daylight blocking filter for ambient visible light. The BPV11 series are suitable for use as detectors in industrial electronic circuitry, measurement and control.
