The Semtech M20 is a high-voltage single diode rectifier manufactured by Semtech Corporation. Housed in an axial (through‑hole) package, it is designed for standard recovery performance. The diode supports a peak reverse voltage of 2,000 V, an average forward current of 330 mA, and features a forward voltage drop of approximately 5 V @ 125 mA. With a reverse recovery time around 2 µs and excellent leakage characteristics (around 250 nA @ Vr), it's suitable for demanding power‑rectification tasks in electronic circuits.
