Elkay Microwave Timer The Elkay Microwave timer is a high performance presence detector with a built-in Lux level and sensitivity adjustment. The unit sends out a frequency sound wave over a range of up to 30 metres. The unit is activated by changes to the sound wave caused by some movement with the detection zone. The sensor has a Lux level adjustment, which measures the ambient light levels and prevents the lighting being switched on when there is sufficient light in the room. The low wattage loads in particular LED lighting require the Elkay Capacitor (RS - 1363274).
