μA78M Series Linear Voltage Regulators, Texas Instruments
The UA78M33 linear voltage regulator by Texas Instruments is intended for fixed voltage regulation. The UA78M33 series regulator IC has current outputs more than 500 mA. There is no need for external components although it is possible to adjust the voltage and current with external devices. Texas Instruments (TI) positive linear regulators cover a wide range of functions and applications including telecommunications, computing, portable devices and local on-card regulation. The voltage regulator offers safe area protection with the addition of internal thermal shutdown and current limiting.
The three terminal internal current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features of these regulators essentially make them immune to overload. 3-Terminal Regulators
Output Current: 500 mA
No External Components
High Power-Dissipation
