Keithley 7709 6x6 Matrix Module The Keithley 7709 6x6 Matrix Module is a plug-in module which can connect any combination of 6 differential channels of instrumentation to any combination of 8 differential device-under-test channels. Typical instrumentation includes AC and DC sources, internal or external meters and oscilloscopes. This matrix configuration enables wide flexibility for complex test systems.
