Allen Bradley Guardmaster 440N-G02095 Ferrogard Magnetic Safety Switch Enhance your machine guard with the 440N-G02095 Ferrogard Magnetic Non-Contact Safety Switch by Allen Bradley Guardmaster. This safety switch provides essential safe-access to machinery and has high tolerance to door misalignment along with contact-free reliability. This unit is a magnetically actuated non-contact interlock switch which is designed to be installed on a machine guard door. When the safety barrier is opened the magnetic actuator is withdrawn from the switch, which opens the NC safety contacts and isolates power to the machine. This ensures that operators cannot access a hazardous area where machinery is in motion, minimising risk of injury and downtime. The 440N-G02095 Ferrogard safety interlock switch has 1NC safety contact and 4-Pin Micro Quick Disconnect connection. It has slim FRS 6 housing which is perfectly suited for narrow mounting areas, and the housing is also made of durable moulded red ABS plastic. It features 2 active sensing faces. The safety contact switching capability is 250V AC, 2 A current. This safety switch has an operating distance of 12mm (make), 23mm (break). The enclosure is sealed to IP67, which ensures that it is fully protected against ingress of dust and can withstand temporary immersion in water. This Ferrogard unit also has protected safety contacts, unlike some other magnetic switches, to help ensure that it does not fail to danger.
