KEW8035 Non-contact Phase Rotation Tester
KEW8035 the first non-contact phase rotation tester. Safely test phase rotation without the need to expose live contacts. The unit requires no metal contact ideal for safer and faster testing. Super bright mode gives clear indication even in bright sunlight.
KEW8035 uses a combination of LED and audible tones to indicate phase direction. Green LEDs are used for clockwise direction with an intermittent tone. Red LEDs are used for anti clockwise direction with a continuous tone. The tester is suitable for a wide range of 3 phase installations from 70 V to 1000 V ac. It comes with a magnetised back for attachment to a metallic surface for hands-free testing. Permits safe testing, without the need of direct contact between probes and live wires
Wide measuring range for 3 phase installations from 70 V → 1000 V ac
The insulated crocodile clips can clip insulated cables from Ø 2.4 mm → 30 mm
Double insulated cables, length approx. 70 cm
KEW8035 can be fixed to a metal panel via the magnet on the back
Phase rotation is indicated by the rotary illumination of LEDs and logical audible tones.
