The SMC ZFC in-line air filter prevents trouble in equipment caused by contaminants in the air and has a maximum flow rate of 100L/minute. Both, positive pressure and vacuum pressure can be used with a single unit. During positive pressure, a lock mechanism prevents components from being scattered when they are loosened.
